Refund policy

Once the order is placed, it is not possible to edit or cancel it due to all orders being personalized. If there are any questions or mistakes in your order you can contact us directly at info@youranimalart.com

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

  • As our artists start to work on your order as soon as it is placed, it is not possible to cancel or edit your order even if it hasn't been produced. If you are to need a refund we can offer you a partial refund where $25 (per design) will be deducted from the full amount you paid as already done work. Please note the extra " First in line" is not refundable.

  • If your order has been produced it is not possible to make any type of refund.

  • If your order includes a digital product and it has been delivered to you by email, it is not possible to make a refund of this product.

  • If for some reason you would like us to draw a new design from a different photo, you will be charged $12 per new photo as we will start a new drawing from scratch.

Damaged Products

  • For all products that arrive damage we send a replacement no questions asked. To be eligible you just need to send photos of the damaged parts.

  • Please note our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your product was delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange even if your product is damaged.

Haven't received any emails from us after purchasing?

  • Make sure the email of your order is correct and valid as you need to approve your design in order to start production.

  • If you did not receive any email after 7 working days of purchasing, please contact us and check your spam folder. If you don't get any response within 48 working hours or if our emails are getting bounced back so please contact us using a different email address so we can send you the digital proof.

Additional information

  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delays, for products that are delivered after the expected delivery date. The delivery times listed on the website is only an average estimation, and some deliveries can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster.

  • We do online proofing and offer unlimited revisions before shipment.
